Digital Twin Optimisation

This dataset includes five PDF files related to the Optimiser tool, the second component of the Digital Twin tools available in the user interface. Two PDF files contain the input tables used by the optimisation module, while the remaining three describe the initial configuration and starting settings parameters. The Optimiser tool is designed to allocate production demand among available lines by calculating the most efficient resource configuration. It can be applied during the planning phase to determine the raw materials needed to fulfil orders and define the initial configuration of the system. The optimisation algorithm selects the most suitable raw material for each order, thus generating feasible and efficient production plans in line with real operating scenarios.
