XPlanung dataset BPL “(107/08) Taubenacker”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “(107/08) Taubenacker” of the town of Lörrach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The qualified development plan is based on Par. 30 (1) BauGB at least fixings on the type and extent of the structural use, the convertible plots and the local traffic flasks. The validity of a project is assessed solely on the basis of this development plan. A construction project is acceptable if it complies with the determinations of a qualified development plan and the development is secured.
