Differential gene expression in Glis2 knckdown tubular cells

Immortalized kidney tubular cells were obtained from immortomice. The gene Glis2 was knocked down by adenoviral-mediated infectipon of specific shRNAs Biallelic mutation in the gene GLIS2 cause progressive kidney cystic degeneration and fibrosis in humans and mice. We performed unbiased differential gene expression analysis in mouse immortalized kidney tubular cells in which Glis2 was stably knocked down by Glis2-targeting shRNA or GFP-targeting as a control. Cells were harvested 7 days after lentiviral infection and tested for knockdown efficiency (> 80%). Samples and controls were run in triplicates.
