Astrocyte transcriptome from mouse visual cortex after different plasticity paradigms

Analysis of astrocyte gene expression after induction of plasticty in the mouse visual cortex, spanning the time of synapse maturation to adulthood. Overall design: Profile of astrocyte-enriched mRNA from the mosue visual cortex after different paradigms (dark rearing, monocular deprivation, dark exposure) from GFAP-Ribotag mice (ribosomal pulldown), with 3-5 biological replicates and 1 input (non-pulldown) sample per time point
