This package provides transcript-centric annotations (genes, transcripts, exons) for the soybean genome assembly Glycine_max_v2.1, based on Ensembl Plants release 62. The annotations are stored in a SQLite database and can be accessed through the `ensembldb` interface. Functions to retrieve gene coordinates, TSS positions, and other genomic features are available.
