SNP data for 'Hystyle' x 'Provider' and 'OR5630' x 'Black Valentine' Snap Bean Populations

This dataset includes SNP marker information on four populations of snap beans. Two populations were bred under organic management and two were bred under conventional management. We chose parental cultivars for these crosses in a manner that pairs a modern, elite snap bean with an older cultivar with good performance in organic and low-input conditions. We used this population, and the SNP data, to investigate questions related to breeding beans under organic management.
