Role of CCL7 regulates the immunosuppressive activity of TAMs

Ccl7 myeloid cell deficient mice showed a decreased accumulation of immunosuppressive tumor-associated macrophages and increased infiltration of activated CD8+ T cells in the tumor microenvironment. To determine the role of Ccl7 involving in the immunosuppressive activity of tumor-associated macrophages. Total RNA was isolated from sorted tumor-associated macrophages from MC38 tumor-bearing control or Ccl7 myeloid cell KO mice.
