Analiza poziomu cytotoksyczności doksorubicyny i cisplatyny w liniach komórkowych raka piersi

To evaluate the influence of vtRNAs on breast cancer cells' survival and response to therapeutic agents, evaluation of cell viability (MTT) was performed. 6 breast cancer cell lines (MCF-7, SKBR3, T47D, MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-453, MDA-MB-468) and 1 non-cancerous cell line (MCF12A) were tested. Cells were treated with 6 different concentrations of doxorubicin (0,05 µM; 0,1 µM; 0,5 µM; 1 µM; 2 µM; 5 µM) and cisplatin (1 µM; 2 µM; 5 µM; 10 µM; 20 µM; 50 µM) for 24h, 48h and 72h.Each file in this dataset is provided in XLSX and ODS format version. ODS files go after the XLSX versions.
