RNA regulated by Orb in Drosophila

We used microarrays to identify mRNAs regulated by Orb, the Drosophila CPEB homolog, during oogenesis. We analyzed RNA recovered from immunoprecipitation experiments and transcriptomes of wild-type and orb mutant females.
