Williamsetal_EvictMS_Rsupp_Functions_May2012.txt contains the functions for calculating the eviction measures and dλ as described in the text and the alternative measures of dλ described in the Appendix. Williamsetal_EvictMS_Rsupp_Examples_May2012.txt contains example data for Anemone patens, applies the eviction measures to those data, demonstrates how to solve eviction by implementing and floor and ceiling, and recreates Fig. 2E. (The Anemone patens data were previously published in Williams and Crone 2006 (Ecology).) Additional R libraries that are required are noted within the scripts. R can be downloaded for free from a CRAN site near you (CRAN=Comprehensive R Archive Network).
