Kidney Biopsy Dataset

This dataset comprises renal biopsy patches extracted from silver-stained whole-slide images (WSIs) of kidney tissues by Jones, and is designed for training and evaluating instance segmentation models. Specifically, it contains 249 training patches and 54 evaluation patches, as well as PAS-stained WSIs intended to test the domain adaptation capability of the models. In terms of scale, these patches are derived from renal biopsies of 148 patients, and the core task of this dataset is instance segmentation.
