Transctiptome analysis of Dsup-expressing and control D. melanogaster lines in non-stressed conditions and after ionizing radiation treatment

We used microarrays to make transcriptome profiling to reveal mechanism of radiotolerance enhancement in D. melanogaster 3-day-old adult male flies were taken for RNA isolation from 4 control repeats and 4 transgenic lines of D. melanogaster male organisms. Next the same procedure was performed after treatment with ionizing radiation of 1000 Gy dose for 3 control repeats and 4 transgenic lines of D. melanogaster.
