Effect of Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus 0030 on nucleus accumbens gene expression in high-fat diet fed mice

To investigate the effect of Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus 0030 (LR) on nucleus accumbens gene expression in a mouse model of established diet-induced obesity, we treated high-fat diet fed male mice with 1x10^8 CFU LR using daily peroral gavage. Vehicle (here: PBS)-treated mice fed with a low-fat diet or high-fat diet served as controls. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of those three groups (LFD vehicle, HFD vehicle, HFD LR). Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for nucleus accumbens from LFD vehicle, HFD vehicle, and HFD LR.
