This deposit contains the verification artifacts for "The Canonical-Coverage Gradient: A Pre-Registered Adversarial Multi-Agent Measurement of Rescue-Domain Coverage Across Biomedical Textbook Canons" (Dalmonte, 2026, submitted to Quantitative Science Studies). Contents:- Manuscript bundle (Manuscript_Submission.md, Manuscript_Supplementary.md, references.bib, Validation Protocol and Pre-Registration).- Frozen-parameters JSON (v3 hash 1131f4a72a930a612fe7a13a638ab436cfbb5cc96d094acba5344c0d6c6d7e81; v2 hash dfc1386f… preserved for transition audit).- Per-corpus PMID lists for the three textbook–profile pairings (Proffit Contemporary Orthodontics 6e+7e, Nanda Esthetics & Biomechanics in Orthodontics, Schleip Fascia: The Tensional Network of the Human Body 2e) and the homeopathy hostile corpus.- Rescue-profile JSONs (alignright-dental, fascia-mechanotransduction, pranayama-hrv).- Score-distribution and adversarial-dossier JSONs for §6, §7, and §8 results (per-paper transcripts: Advocate / Skeptic / Synthesis).- Calibration artifacts: silver set, empirical agent base rates, 14×14 Spearman matrix, α-sensitivity sweep, α=0 verification.- Phase 8 baseline outputs (BM25, Wang & Zuccon zero-shot, F-505 rule-only ablation).- Figures 1–3 (PNG and PDF). Two categories are deliberately NOT redistributed: (i) CKP textbook bibliography packages. The source textbooks are under publisher copyright and cannot be redistributed. The redistributable derivative — the per-corpus PMID list — is included. Reviewers can independently extract the same citation lists from the published textbooks (legal personal copies required); the §7 corpus-level results reproduce from those PMID lists plus the frozen-parameters file. (ii) Consilience implementation source code (C# / .NET 10). The architecture is the subject of two USPTO provisional patent applications (Nos. 64/037,324 filed April 13, 2026 and 64/048,177 filed April 24, 2026) with PCT international filing planned before the April 13, 2027 priority deadline. The §3–§4 architectural specification in the manuscript is the authorized public disclosure level. Source-code access for editorial review or scientific replication may be requested from the author under non-disclosure terms. PubMed abstracts referenced via PMID are not redistributed (NLM licensing); reviewers fetch them via the public NCBI E-utilities API. License: documents and data are released under CC-BY-4.0.
