Repository contains all data and code related to the work "Birds and bats differ in pest control pathways in fruit orchards: intraguild and direct predation". Diet and abundance data for bird, bat and spider species in both apple and blueberry crops, as well as a bird traits database. Six R-scripts to follow the workflow from this data to build the tri-trophic networks and reproduce the analyses. Please see the Read_me file for further details.
