Pancreatic cyst fluid genetic analysis

The goal of the this study was to identify the key genetic features of various types of pancreatic cysts. We previously found that specific genes are responsible for certain cysts and that information can therefore be used to classify the cyst in order to aid clinicians. In this paper we used both genetic and clinical features to develop an algorithm that can make a diagnosis and decision for management of the cyst.
