资源简介:
The primary plants used for making Hawk-tea are mainly five Lauraceae plants, including Litsea coreana var. lanuginose, Machilus rehderi, Machilus Chuanchieneneie, Actinodaphne cupularis, and Lindera fragrans. The lack of basic research on genetics and molecular biology leads to weak supporting theories on the exploration and utilization of germplasm resources of the Hawk tea trees, which restricts the development of the industry. Therefore, We uploaded their sequencing data that was performed based on Illumina Hi-seq (depth above 50X) of genomic DNA of the five species.
