We analyzed ATAC sequences to demonstrate selective regulation of genetic programs by JAKi in IFN-γ primed human macrophages. To investigate the suppressive impact of JAK inhibitors (JAKi) on macrophages primed with IFN-γ, THP-1 monocytes were co-treated with PMA for differentiation and IFN-γ for priming, followed by a JAKi (tofacitinib) treatment.
