统计公司内部不同行型号的钎焊产品出现的质量问题的数据,分析各型号钎焊产品的质量问题种类和占比,明确发生质量问题的主要工艺环节,便于公司制定下一步的工艺改进计划和调整焊接材料计划。1.数据统计:通过查阅质检部门内部存档的质检报告,统计求和得到每种型号钎焊产品的不良个数、每种型号钎焊产品的不良类型和各不良类型的发生个数,以及所有型号钎焊产品的不良个数、所有型号钎焊产品不同不良类型的合计个数,并进行分类汇总。2.数据处理:通过不良个数÷对应不同不良类型的个数,计算得到各型号钎焊产品的不良类型占比和所有型号钎焊产品各不良类型的总占比。3.数据应用:公司可以借助以上数据,了解各型号钎焊产品质检问题情况和不良原因分布,对于不良率占比高的对应工艺环节,可以通过调试设备、改进参数等方式来优化工艺,也可以从焊接材料入手进行更换,以提高产品质量,降低不良率。

This dataset is designed to count quality defects of brazed products across different internal models, analyze the defect types and their proportions for each model, and pinpoint the key process links where quality issues arise, thereby enabling the company to formulate subsequent process improvement plans and adjust its welding material plans. 1. Data Statistics: By reviewing the internal quality inspection reports archived by the Quality Control Department, we conduct counting and summation to obtain the number of defective products for each brazed product model, the defect types of each model and the occurrence count of each defect type, as well as the total number of defective products across all brazed product models and the total count of each defect type across all models, followed by categorized aggregation. 2. Data Processing: Calculate the proportion of each defect type for each brazed product model and the overall proportion of each defect type across all models, by dividing the number of occurrences of each defect type by the total number of defective products of the corresponding product model (for per-model defect proportions) and dividing the total number of occurrences of each defect type across all models by the total number of defective products across all models (for overall defect proportions). 3. Data Application: The company can leverage the above data to understand the quality inspection issues and defect cause distribution of each brazed product model. For process links with high defect proportions, the company can optimize the process by debugging equipment, adjusting process parameters and other means, or replace welding materials to improve product quality and reduce defect rates.
