Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum strain:RUN2161 Genome sequencing

The strain selected for this project was isolated in Mayotte island and is a member of a genetic line of Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum phylotype I which is epidemic in the south west Indian ocean region. This data constitutes a valuable resource for studying the molecular determinants of epidemic success of phytopathogenic bacteria.
