ATAC-seq analyses in a single Capsella grandiflora population

In this study, we have applied new sequencing-based methods that identify accessible chromatin regions (ACR) to identify ACR in Capsella grandiflora, a crucifer species that is ideal for population genomic quantification of selection due to its favourable population demography. To describe a population-wide ACR distribution, we first apply ATAC-seq assays on leaf samples from 16 individuals of a natural C. grandiflora population. Based on 40 whole-genome sequences, we then estimate the impact of positive and negative selection in ACR.
