资源简介:
AIN93G-fed mice display increased mortality to influenza, which is associated with an inability to restore physiological homeostasis. To investigate the underlying mechanisms of the heightened susceptibility, we performed RNA-seq in organs critical for energy metabolism during IAV infection in chow- and AIN93G-fed mice. Female C57BL6 mice were fed on chow or AIN93G for 3 weeks ad libitum. Some were left uninfected, others were infected with influenza A virus. The hypothalamus, brown adipose tissue and liver were collected in uninfected and day 7 infected mice in both diet groups.
