Biotinylation RNA-seq of HeLa cell

This project contains 3 samples (2 from CHD1 antibody-based biotinylation and 1 from IgG-based biotinylation) of pull-down RNA-seq data. After 1st antibody recognition, the HRP-conjugated 2nd antibody biotinylates RNAs. The RNAs were purified by a biotin-avidin pull-down system.Before library preparation, an equal amount of drosophila S2 RNA was added to each RNA sample as spike-in control. The reads were uniquely mapped to the human (GRCh38/hg38) genome and drosophila (dm6) genome and split into human and drosophila reads and calculated scaling factors.
