Dataset for: Dehnel's phenomenon is not a simple reduction of size: Seasonal change in skull shape of the long-clawed shrew (Soricidae, Mammalia)

This dataset repository contains all the data and R code required to replicate the statistical and morphometric analyses of the skull variations in the long-clawed shrew (Sorex unguiculatus). The repository includes the following components:1. R script for linear and geometric morphometric analyses (GPA, PCA, and CVA).2. Linear skull measurement dataset.3. 2D landmark coordinate data (TPS format) and specimen metadata for ventral, lateral, and mandible views.4. Electronic Supplementary Material (ESM) document.
