Epigenetic modification of innate lymphoid cell precursors in mice (PRJCA032162)

Here we provide the epigenetic modification data of innate lymphoid cell precursors in mice. Using single-cell multi-omics, the study examines DNA methylation, regulome, and transcriptome profiles of ILCPs, revealing distinct stages and heterogeneity in ILCP methylation that drive ILC lineage differentiation. This work provides insights into the role of DNA methylation in immune cell development.
