Pseudogenes in the Roseobacter group. Roseobacter

Roseobacters were isolated from different micro-niches of Sargassum hemiphyllum and coral ecosystems in Hong Kong. This project aims to perform a systematic analysis of the pseudogenes in the Roseobacter group and explore the roles of gene loss through pseudogenization in shaping genome content and ecological diversification of this group.
