Input values and resulting p-values of KO classes with significantly predicted changes between the two recharging strategies

The predicted prevalence for the different KO classes among systems and recharging strategies were used to infer possible taxonomic changes resulting in variations in the metabolic functions at the community level. A complete analysis of the distribution of taxa among samples will be published elsewhere.
