Archaeal diversity of free-living fraction of surface seawater collected in the Bay of Brest and the Iroise Sea.. Archaeal diversity coastal environment

Archaea are important actors of the coastal marine environment, notably implicated in the nitrogen and carbon cycles. Here we sampled numerous stations in the Bay of Brest and the Iroise sea at different temporal and spatial scales starting in 2014 and did 16S sequencing of the archaea. And this, to better describe diversity patterns of these complex archaeal communities.
