FAIRsharing record for: SciLifeLab Data Platform

This FAIRsharing record describes: The SciLifeLab Data Platform collates tools, databases, information, and other resources that can be useful to researchers and data-producing facilities working in the area of data-driven life science. We have two collections; services and resources. Services include tools and databases, as well as other things that can be used directly in research. Resources include collections of information around a given topic to data-driven life science. The Platform was originally soft-launched in 2022, and a formal launch took place in 2023. We continue to add features and content in consultation with the community. We have multiple sections dedicated to community building. For example, we have data-centric summaries of data-driven life science research that shares data and/or code. We also list relevant events, jobs, and funding.
