The present invention includes a process of treating sewage sludge resulting as a result of treatment of municipal or industrial wastewater using a composition consisting of a fermentation supernatant product obtained from yeast culture and a nonionic surfactant， wherein the fermentation supernatant product is the sewage in the field. It provides a method for treating sewage sludge with an enzyme characterized in that it does not contain the active enzyme under conditions suitable for generating an active enzyme from the sludge.
