Testosterone exposure during fetal masculinization programming window determines the kidney size in adult mice

To study the role of fetal testosterone exposure in the development of male mouse kidney, we compared fetal kidneys from WT and testosterone deficient Hsd17b3 KO mice at E16.5, after 2 day testosterone propionate or vehicle treatment. Overall design: RNA-seq was performed from E16.5 kidneys from testosterone and vehicle treated WT and KO male mice.
