Native for whom: a mixed-methods literature review and synthesis to conceptualise biotic nativeness for social research in the urban context [Study 2 data]

Dataset of all papers (n=37) included in a systematic literature review of quantitative social research on perceptions of nativeness in urban contexts (Study 2). The purpose of the study was to assess the extent to which the literature measuring public perceptions of native and non-native plants addresses the dimensions of nativeness identified in Study 1 in urban contexts. Papers were identified from a search of the Scopus database in January 2021. Data extracted from each paper for the analysis includes: year of publication; authors and their affiliations; study location; urban context; study objectives; methods used; topics of the study; concepts that were examined (e.g., attitudes, values, etc.); and dimensions of nativeness measured.
