Microglia M2 polarization plays an important role in the regulation of neuroinflammation, but the molecular mechanisms behind it remain unclear. This study researched the expression profiles of mRNAs in microglia M2 polarization cell model. Microarray expression profiling of mRNAs were conducted using RNA extracted from the BV2 cell treated by 10ng/ml IL-4 for 24 hr and the untreated control, in triplicate.
