We discovered the mechanisms about adherence of myeloid depressive cells with lymphatic vessel endothalial cells, which could allow admittance of myeloid depressive cells to lymphatic vessels and reveal that the pathway may represent a potential signaling axis to mediate tumor progression in melanoma.
