该数据包含了东莞市2016年以来东莞市环评机构及从业人员信息，根据《建设项目环境影响报告书（表）编制监督管理办法》开展工作，通过建设项目环境影响报告书（表）编制监督产生该数据，规范登记环评机构及从业人员信息，有利于后续监管和统计分析。主要数据项包括环评机构名称、通信地址、联系人、在莞业务技术力量配备情况等。从业人员信息必须对应到单位。

This dataset contains information on environmental impact assessment (EIA) institutions and their practitioners in Dongguan City since 2016. It is developed in compliance with the *Measures for the Supervision and Administration of the Compilation of Environmental Impact Statements (Tables) for Construction Projects*, and generated through the supervision of the compilation of environmental impact statements (tables) for construction projects. Standardized registration of information for EIA institutions and their practitioners facilitates subsequent supervision and statistical analysis. The main data items include the name of the EIA institution, communication address, contact person, and the deployment of business and technical resources for their operations within Dongguan, among others. The information of each practitioner must be associated with their respective employing institutions.
