近年来随着工农业的发展,水果在生长环境中受到重金属污染, 对人类健康不断构成潜在威胁,本数据可以对水果镉含量的情况进行安全性评价,为政府监管、消费者购买提供参考和技术支撑。1.数据采集:采集水果抽样地区、抽样场所、样品名称、包装分类等信息;2水果镉含量检测:通过对水果镉含量进行检测获得相关重金属污染数据结果;3数据处理:筛选出水果镉含量问题项检测结果,用于评估其食用安全性,水果镉含量问题发现率=水果镉含量检出问题项次数/进行水果镉含量监测的水果总数;4、数据应用: 水果镉含量问题项检测结果可以作为食用安全性评价依据,为监管部门靶向监管提供技术支撑。

In recent years, with the development of industry and agriculture, fruits have been contaminated by heavy metals in their growing environments, which continually poses potential threats to human health. This dataset can be used to conduct safety assessments of fruit cadmium content, providing reference and technical support for government supervision and consumers' purchasing decisions. 1. Data Collection: Collect information such as the sampling region, sampling site, sample name, and packaging classification of fruits; 2. Fruit Cadmium Content Detection: Obtain relevant heavy metal contamination data results by detecting the cadmium content in fruit samples; 3. Data Processing: Screen out the test results of problematic items related to fruit cadmium content for evaluating their edible safety. The detection rate of problematic cadmium content in fruits = (number of detected problematic cadmium content cases) / (total number of fruits monitored for cadmium content); 4. Data Application: The test results of problematic fruit cadmium content can serve as a basis for edible safety evaluation, providing technical support for targeted supervision by regulatory authorities.
