资源简介:
This research paper, “Brains Without Tags: Projecting a Decade of Change in Talent Recognition Beyond Institutional Labels”, critically examines the limitations of institutional elitism in talent recognition and proposes a transformative framework for democratizing intellectual equity. Drawing upon literature in education, sociology, and innovation studies, the paper contrasts two projected trajectories for the years 2025–2035: (i) continuation of current elitist systems, and (ii) the adoption of a Brains Without Tags reform model that prioritizes competence, creativity, and measurable outcomes over institutional affiliation.Through theoretical modeling, hypothetical projections, and comparative scenario analysis, the study demonstrates that implementing reforms inspired by Brains Without Tags could reduce brain drain, diversify innovation hubs, strengthen regional economies, and promote inclusive cultural and intellectual growth. The paper emphasizes that educational systems and policy frameworks must evolve to unlock hidden intellectual capital and broaden participation in knowledge creation.Prepared under the review guidance of IRBI (International Research Board of Innovation) and NCACI (National Council for Academic and Civil Innovation), this work is intended purely for academic, educational, and policy-level discourse. It contributes to the global dialogue on equity in higher education and innovation, and invites further empirical studies, pilot projects, and policy initiatives to validate its projections.
