Enrichment of SARS-CoV-2 and seasonal coronavirus sequence from nasopharyngeal swabs whilst maintaining the background context of the microbiome

This project contains sequence data obtained from clinical samples obtained from human patients either with COVID-19 or infected with seasonal human coronaviruses. The project was focused on investigating different variations of sequence-independent, single-primer amplification (SISPA) using Oxford Nanopore long read length sequencing to obtain usable information on both coronavirus genome sequence and the underlying nasal microbiome.
