We utilised STRTN-seq, a newly optimised single cell 5' targeted RNA sequencing method to understand the development of bovine preimplantation embryos under different oxygen levels. Single embryos from the zygote, 4-cell, 8-cell, 16-cell and blastocyst stages were sampled for experiments. Here, FASTQ files can be found.
