A WBS–ITC framework for mapping lunar ISRU construction capability space: Evidence from a transfer-inclusive patent dataset

WBS–ITC codebook, mapping logic, released adjudicated dataset (453 families), and scripts for a construction-oriented classification framework applied to lunar-relevant ISRU capability spaces. The primary reusable object is the framework itself (4-layer WBS, 15-domain ITC codebook, CPC/keyword candidate-generation rules). The released dataset serves as a demonstration layer; reproducibility resides in downstream analytical reconstruction rather than deterministic replay of every upstream screening decision.
