Bone marrow cells in femurs from 6-8 weeks mice were collected by flushing with complete medium. Incubate in complete medium containing M-CSF, fresh complete medium was replaced every three days. After seven days, macrophages were obtained. For stimulation experiments, medium was supplemented with IL-33, samples are collected for Bulk RNA-seq 48 hours after stimulation.
