The purpose of this study was to identify genes regulated by Neurod1 in murine adult pancreatic islet beta cells. Overall design: Pancreatic islets were isolated from 12 week Neurod1Floxed/Floxed; RipCre+ and Neurod1Floxed/Floxed mice. Total Rna was extracted. Libraries of cDNA were sequenced and analyzed for RNA expression.
