Lipidomic profiles of human milk and yak milk
收藏资源简介:
The raw mass spectrometry data were processed utilizing the ProteoWizard software, transforming them into the mzXML format. Subsequently, XCMS software was applied to refine the data through retention time correction, peak identification, extraction, integration, and alignment processes, applying a minimum threshold of 0.5 and a cutoff criterion of 0.6. For lipid identification, our laboratory's proprietary R package, built upon XCMS and integrated with the lipid blast database, was utilized. Milk lipids and fatty acids (FAs) were quantified in units of μg/mL and g/100 total FAs, respectively. Statistical analysis of variations across different mammalian milk samples was conducted using Student's t-test, with statistical significance determined at an alpha level of 0.05, implying that a p-value less than 0.05 signifies a significant difference in the data.
