Human hyperlipidemia is mainly the increase of very low-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein, which is closely related to hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis. Elevated blood lipids cause blood lipids and their decomposition products to gradually deposit on the vascular wall, accompanied by fibrous tissue hyperplasia, which reduces vascular elasticity, narrows or blocks the lumen, that is, atherosclerosis, and ultimately causes insufficient blood supply or bleeding of important organs such as myocardium or brain tissue. When the high-density lipoprotein and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the plasma are lower than the normal concentration, atherosclerosis is also prone to occur. It should be that high-density lipoprotein can reverse the cholesterol of the peripheral tissue and show an anti-atherosclerosis effect. For cancer patients, dysregulated lipid homeostasis also interacts with the cancer microenvironment. Studies have shown that lipid levels are not only associated with tumorigenesis, but also with the progression and prognosis of multiple tumors.In order to integrate and evaluate many research resources and results, literature review and information extraction analysis were carried out to construct a lipid-lowering drug database to assist in promoting the research of lipid-lowering drugs in lipid-lowering and cancer treatment-related diseases, and to supplement the current collection of anti-hyperlipidemic drugs, including the number and classification of data collection. It covers the name, structural formula, structure, CAS number, relative molecular mass, type, target, cell line, cytotoxicity evaluation, tumor type, mechanism of action, reference year, reference title and corresponding website source of lipid-lowering drugs. The interface supports the query function of the above lipid-lowering drugs. Therefore, the lipid-lowering drug database will help to further find new indications for cancer treatment in addition to the efficacy of lipid-lowering drugs themselves from the idea of ' new use of old drugs
