Microbial diversity in rat gut affected by dietary supplements

the goal is to assess the impact of dietary changes on SD rats gut microbiome composition. Rats were fed with high salt diet/probiotic (l.rhamnosus GG) and fecal pellets were collected to assess changes in microbiota over time.
