Comparison of US and Colombia Salivary Microbiomes

We are studying the salivary microbiome of children with COVID-19 and MIS-C, with the goal of identifying a diagnostic signal. To avoid geographic bias, we collected saliva samples from children from the US and Colombia to sequence and analyze the microbiome.
