Study Description In this paper we investigated the effects of two different particle sizes (nano, bulk) and different concentrations (0, 200, 400, 800 mg/kg ZnO) of ZnO on Zn uptake by control and AMF-infected plants. File Descriptions This file collection contains two data files that support the results presented in the paper: dataset_Seres.csv dataset2_Seres.csv dataset_Seres.csv contains the shoot dry mass, root dry mass, soil moisture, soil N, soil C, soil C/N, AMF colonisation rate, Zn in the shoot, Zn in the root, Zn in the soil total, Zn in the extract, pH data. dataset2_Seres.csv contains the hypha length data.
