This project aims to apply Ultraconserved Elements (UCEs) to broadly explore the evolution of bivalves. Based on available bivalves' genomes, we designed a set of probes, Bivalve UCE 2k v.1, which successfully recovered UCEs to solve the relationships from the shallow to deep nodes.
