The cell models that allowed to stabilize the expression of TCF11, TCF11deltaN, Nrf1alpha, Nrf1beta, Nrf1gamma or Nrf2 in HEK293 cells were established by using Flp-InTM system. The system allows Flp recombinase-mediated homologous integration between the FRT sites in the Flp-InTM T-RExTM-293 host cells and the pcDNA5/FRT/TO-V5 expression plasmids, which include the cDNA sequences encoding human TCF11, TCF11deltaN, Nrf1alpha, Nrf1beta, Nrf1gamma or Nrf2, and the empty expression vector was used as an internal negative control to construct the control cell line. These established Flp-InTM T-RExTM-293 expression cell lines, along with the control cell line, referred to simply as TCF11, TCF11deltaN, Nrf1alpha, Nrf1beta, Nrf1gamma, Nrf2 and Control in experiments, also named A, B, C, D, E, F and control respectively when subjected to RNA-Seq. And the raw data of the sequencing were uploaded to this BioProject.
