scRNA-seq Data for Cell-type specific gating of gene regulatory modules as a hallmark of early immune responses in Arabidopsis leaves

The files include the data and scripts that was used for Wang et al., paper, "Cell-type specific gating of gene regulatory modules as a hallmark of early immune responses in Arabidopsis leaves". The seurat object sc_all.rds includes all the samples in the paper. R scripts for data process and the script to run the r script on cluster are provided.
